Digital Products (No Refund)

Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the payment is completed and the download link is provided.

Technical Issues

If you face any difficulty in downloading the file or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will ensure you receive a working copy of the material.

Duplicate Purchase

In case of a duplicate payment for the same product due to a technical error, we will process a refund for the second transaction after verification.
