Definition of User Generated Content

“User Generated Content” (UGC) refers to any content, including but not limited to comments, forum posts, nursing notes, images, or feedback, submitted by users to Bexyhub.in. By submitting UGC to our platform, you grant Bexyhub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content.

User Responsibility and Ownership

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to the content you post. You are solely responsible for the UGC you submit. Bexyhub and its founder, Deepak Kumar, do not endorse any opinions or medical advice shared by users in the comments or community sections. Medical information must always be verified by a licensed professional.

Content Standards and Prohibited Material

To maintain the professional integrity of our nursing community, all UGC must adhere to the following rules. You are strictly prohibited from posting:
Medical Misinformation: Content that promotes dangerous or unverified medical treatments.
Copyright Infringement: Any material that belongs to another author, textbook, or website without proper authorization.
Hate Speech & Harassment: Abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward other students or healthcare professionals.
Spam & Promotion: Unauthorized links, advertisements, or promotional material.

Monitoring and Right to Remove

As an MSc Nursing professional, I personally oversee the quality of this platform. We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any UGC that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be in violation of this policy or harmful to our community. We may terminate user access for repeated violations.

No Confidentiality

Any UGC you post will be considered non-confidential. Please do not share sensitive patient data or private clinical information that violates HIPAA or local medical privacy laws
